Patient M.J. (age 20) had a retrusion of the upper incisors, a neutral bite and a visibly smaller lower third of the face.
The therapy was started with the Damon self-ligating brackets.
After 5 months, when the upper teeth were set in front of the lower teeth, the lower jaw began bonding.
With the patient’s great motivation and cooperation we managed to reach the goal. The therapy made chewing much easier, the upper teeth were visible and there was a noticeable change in appearance after the bite was corrected.
